Never use the dealership for any services, the rate hike is astronomical. You'll going for a $50 service and end up paying $150 in hidden fees. Shame on me for not knowing better

I went yesterday to do oil change and state inspection my car was running great I dropped off my car for an appointment at 2 oclock and then I called them to make sure is my car is ready they told maybe you got engine problem and they will call me when its ready I said okay and today I keep calling them they ignored me they stopping answering and they answerd the say we dont got your keys the engine is broke its stop working and they try to sell me an used engine for eight thousand my car was running great no noise from engine when I went to get oil change engine broke they missed up and they are scamming and then they supposed to fix it they didnt

I have a friendly recommendation with anyone who want to buy brand new car that new vehicles comes with 10 years warranty for engine and transmission and also with 3 years warranty bumper to bumper. They will encourage you to extend this warranty form 3 years to 10 years for $2000 extra cash and have you sign the contract for it. when you sign that contract technically you waived the 3 years warranty that comes with Toyota. and you will going to pay for that warranty that you are not suppose to. Also the finance manager James Roth is not responsible and he will not help you if you have any issues. DO NOT PURCHASE EXTRA WARRANTY, you dont need it.
