After having my vehicle a year (with warranty), I had engine trouble that the Toyota warranty refused to cover. Even though it was in my engine. I have been attempting to cancel my warranty and I have signed one form. The finance manager, Tony, has not returned any phone calls or emails to update me on the process of my cancelled warranty. It has been 2 months and I have yet to have any responses. I am extremely disappointed with the way my warranty has been handled by Tony. Nothing can be done until Tony calls me back. I do not live in the area so the only way I can contact them is via phone/email. Terrible service from the finance manager!

Well, well, well!! I've bought a pile of new cars over the years. By far Lamar Jones was the best sales experience ever. Highly respectful, knowledgeable and just an all around good guy. Easy and hassle free process from scheduling the appointment through the explanation of the multipoint inspection. They took the time to explain exactly what was done (brake pad life, tire tread remaining, fluid levelsetc). Highly recommend them.

I had to take my husband's truck in for a tire rotation and they got it in and out in a hurry, service is always spot on while being professional, courteous and friendly. Debbie is always friendly and goes out of her way to make your experience a great one.
