On Tuesday, we had scheduled an emissions check at Sheehy of Stafford. When I came in with both of my children, we were greeted by a woman who checked us in and indicated that service representative Ian was available to help us. Not only did he go above and beyond to take care of us, but when I mentioned I would be back next month for our state inspection, his response was "I can schedule it to be done today while you're here. No need to have to come back again and this will schedule both from now on on the same day!" We didn't think we were able to do that, but Ian was so awesome in getting us set up! He always remembers to make sure that we are put in under our VIP package as regular maintenance and State Inspections are FREE for us and we get free carwash during each visit, not everyone checks this for us and when we schedule appointments, they don't always put us down under VIP. Ian alerted me during the inspection that the brakes were in the red and were in the yellow, last visit, so we went ahead and had pads replaced and resurfaced. I'm glad we were able to have all of this done in one day, so we wouldn't have to make multiple trips back during the summer. He was so kind and patient with the fact that I had my children (12 yrsand 10yrs) with me. This is not my first time having Ian help me at Sheehy, but it is always a joy when I do. He is the guy I always hope is working when we come in for service because he knows us by name (makes a point to greet us and asks how we are doing) and always provides exceptional service and helps in making good decisions regarding our vehicle! Ian is truly a gem. Thank you Sheehy and THANK YOU, Ian for such a pleasant and quick experience considering everything we had done on our Sienna!!!
