    My wife and I visited Sheehy to have service done on our vehicle. This Toyota location was not professional. We made our appointment days ahead of time to be told we did not have an appointment. We debated about five minutes about having an appointment. I had to finally ask for a manager before the kid found our appointment by our last name. The manager was not present to speak to on this day. We did not allow them to do our oil change. We did give them the permission to do the tire rotation. Bad decision. We were headed back home to New York around three o'clock the next morning. The tire light comes on in our 2020 Rav4. My wife is now nervous something going to go wrong. We had to make an extra stop to check the tires to give her a piece of mind. This was not how we wanted to end our visitation. Moving forward Sheehy will not be doing any other services to our vehicle. We will think twice and make a better decision. True experience.

    My experience with Yaser was the worst. He continue to bother me via my phone all day long after I told him that I could not communicate via text all day because I was working. Pressured me to come in same day and give him a lot of information without asking any questions prior to me giving the information. Once I arrive to the location the gentleman didn’t act as a F I was a customer for treating me like a $I understand that’s their job but a little more respect would’ve went along way. And all I was willing and ready to buy a car but ultimately turned everything down because of the customer service

    I’ve always had great experiences with Sheehy Toyota of Stafford, from buying my car to scheduled services. However, when I truly needed them they proved unreliable. I got a flat on a Monday and really needed a replacement. I called them on Monday and I was told they were booked and they would put me on a list to be called if there happened to be an opening. I was not too worried about wait because I was able to use a spare. I continued to call everyday to see if they could fit me in - it is now Friday. I am very concerned now as it is my 5th day on a spare tire…. When I explained my urgency the services department did not seem to care. I understand being fully booked but at this point it is an emergency. I know I could go somewhere else, but I really thought that since purchasing my car and becoming a vip with them, I would get treated with care and importance. Now I know I can’t rely on them with an emergency, I wish I would’ve known before signing up and paying to be a vip member. I have been looking to buy a car this year and a couple of other bad experiences at various dealerships I was starting to feel defeated, thankfully I decided to go to my local Toyota dealership and I am so glad I did! As a first time buyer I was a bit nervous about buying a car, however Sheehy Toyota of Stafford did not disappoint! I originally went in to buy a used car but thanks to Carlos Sosa I ended up getting a better deal on a brand new car. Carlos worked with my price range and made sure to take the time to answer my questions and concerns. I am so happy with having a brand new car thank you Carlos! I would definitely go to him -especially if you are a Spanish speaker as well. The customer service all around was great - Ashlee was super wonderful in explaining every detail to me and just overall a pleasant person to talk to.
