Only visited public spaces. Tasteful and enticing. Exceptionally costly. For a special occasion. The spa looks outstanding.

We received the Amex room upgrade and were thrilled with the size of the room, including the bathroom. The pillows and towels were impressive and we have decided to purchase the same ones for our home. The service was impeccable - very responsive to email. They booked our car from JFK and back and it turned out to be a very reasonable price with excellent service. The location was convenient to a great restaurant - Giglio - and walking distance from the WTC and the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. The Greenwich made our trip to Lower Manhattan a great experience.

Tired and well past what it was. This hotel was a go to for More than a decade pre COVID. Just stayed for a weekend where the service was polite when you got it but lacking any attention to detail or initiative,. The rooms are tired, and the only thing that was reminiscent of the past was the high prices and the bowls of cheap chocolate that I figure are as old as the rooms. Time to try something new.
