I just want to give a great thanks to Jose Perez who works for this hotel. My friends and I spent some time at the rooftop and lost some items, we were freaking out and finally got in contact with Jose who found everything. This man went above and beyond because we didn't even realize the bag we had was actually not in the hotel. Whilst we waited for our things the staff in the lobby were very attentive and helpful as well. Will definitely come back!

Good service and chilled Fiji water at the front desks. Rooms are a little clumsily laid out and look into other rooms.

I have been trying to get a response since May so I can get a refund through my travel insurance. I have called, emailed and received no response other then call back.

Pretty nice. Game room a treat for our son and provided a nice place to sit and visit with friends. Dinner upstairs was very good. Desk attendants were nice. All made to feel welcome. Rooms clean. Internet connection good in room.
