        The indisposition of the employees to help you is appalling! I went with a technical problem with my phone after being referred by the t-mobile technicians over the phone and they didnt even let me finish talking to say that they are not technicians and didnt even looked at the phone , other family and friends of mine has said the same thing of how horrible is the service and apparently is that specific store.
