What a terrific team of professionals!  This group is knowledgeable, hard working, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure any problem or complication is resolved.  Jay is a superb branch manager who spent time creatively and successfully handling a troubling and somewhat complicated matter I had to deal with.  Siddiq patiently explained how my problem is generally worked through and started the process with me.  The tellers are courteous, pleasant and helpful.  This is the Chase branch close to my job; the branch near my Brooklyn residence pales by comparison in terms of quality of service.  Highly recommended.

407 broadway chase the branch manager Jay and the branch employees are great they will work with you to get any problems you have resolved . Security is also great they show lots of love at the branch

They have good customer service , they attend to you quickly they are very respectful I've never had a problem with them , security is great and very respectful as well

It's my 1st time I trusted Yelper reviews. when I stepped into the front, A Spanish woman wasn't greeting she's watching Videos and she didn't notice us. But the tellers were very nice. (5stars!!!!!) It's very convenient location and highly recommend.
