image I have a corporate account and a personal account and walked in with my wife to open a joint account, a banker at a desk said he had an appointment in half hour and it takes 45 min to open an account. Not friendly no alternative solution. he said first appt would be next week. I walked over to TD on 3rd ave and was greeted and told they would fit us in after a brief wait opened an account in a half hour. Wells Fargo has lost the plot for customer service. ever since they were busted for a culture of greed, opening accounts for customers without asking, they have lost my trust. Perhaps some basic training in customer service would be a good start to gain back trust. it is sad they were the gold standard for a long time but I believe the push for profit has been at the expense of the retail experience. every time I call about my corporate account I get a different banker. they have lost the plot.
I love the response from wells (or a computer) this sums it up they want me to do the work to reach out to them about the consistent terrible service I get from both the commerical team and retail team. Perhaps care a bit more about these negative reviews and try to address them more personally, instead of asking me to send an additional email to their general email to no-mans land. LOST THE PLOT

image It seems like every time I go to this bank there is an issue. From rude employees to incompetent situations. Today I went in to exchange currency. When I asked the black gentleman he didnt know what I was talking about as if hes never heard of the word currency before. So I waited to speak to the other employee and he too was a little rude. Hopefully management see this and hires new people.
