Overall the bank is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I had an emergency and needed a loan for $5,000. I walked into the bank for a small unsecure loan. I feel like the employee I worked with (Perry) Stereotype me and assume that I wanted a 72 month term on a small loan. (Who does that?) He never asked me and submitted the application causing me to wait for it to be appealed. He barely could look me in the eyes as if something behind me had his attention. I waited 2 days before I even heard from him again. I have a very good credit score of 720 and they would not approve me for the full amount. Luckily I bank with another bank and was able to get a loan for the triple the amount I asked for and at better interest rate. Im going to be switch over fully to my other bank.
