Lived here over 3 years now and have zero complaints. Quiet, nice neighbors, close to everything Monroeville has and the staff here has been overly helpful with everything. From jamee Jodi and kat finding me a huge 2BR in a nice building for a good deal to the maintenance crew John Dan and Rick fixing anything that needs attended to and quick to changing my filters to help on power bill and air flow in my place. Thoroughly enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone that needs a nice place for a reasonable price.

I used to live here as a kid had some good memories for us it surved us well enough. But biased feelings aside I do remember this place having it's own problems. So to start when ever rent was due it went up past the original price every 3 months. I lived there for about 5 years. so rent was pretty high when we moved out. And it normal for a apartment to have loud and messy neighbors. But were the problems are is when they get To Loud And Messy. To the point when you get roaches due to some peopel having unclean rooms on top of unclean pets. Now I remember this place allows pets cause we had a pet but we Kept It Clean and house broken we knew how it felt to live with unhygienic neighbors. If there is there should be a stronger hygiene policy. And it is honesty sad that management whoud be hesitant or sometimes would refuse to fix the issue. Now that's just low tier customer surves. For my final thoughts now if your just looking for anything birnam wood is ok option at first but when rent starts to go up and you start to see bugs but you're clean then you might want to start looking for something else.

The properties I was shown overall were quite attractive, centrally located. However, more importantly, I would advise and recommend insisting Catherine P.be THE one to show you around.
I was quite impressed with this young lady. Looking for an apartment is very daunting and she made the experience quite pleasurable. She was very patient in showing me the different availabilities, and truly did not mind The fact that I am a visual person and I needed to see each and every apt, did not deter her from being cordial and polite. what I appreciated from her was... no rushing me! she was quite informative, and interesting, making for a very pleasant experience.
Catherine truly is an asset to the company. And that needs to be acknowledged. For personal reasons, I selected another apartment. Catherine was very graceful in thanking me for MY TIME in coming in to view the apts. She truly is remarkable,she was very much at ease with my loads of inquiries and concerns. She politely offered if I needed any assistance even now, to please make no hesitation in calling her. This is a true professional. And if my personal situation changes, I will definitely call upon her.
