Belmont Ridge Apartments

Update 02/2024: Im allowed to have a fireplace but not allowed to have firewood on my deck/patio. Ive had firewood sitting on my patio for two years and they just now noticed. Where do you expect me to put it? If I cant have firewood then I expect you will be refunding the $100/mo upcharge on the fireplace? My car got smashed into twice in 2023. Airbag stolen. Maintenance and on-site staff is great but management company does little to nothing to support residents. Rent goes up by $75 per year regardless of the economy and they constantly send you notices that youre violating noise ordinance when the Monroeville noise ordinance is very clearly doesnt start until 10 PM.

Too much for a 695 Sq ft unit! I moved to PA from out of state, so apt shopping from afar was challenging. Belmont Ridge seemed reasonably priced and has the in unit washer/ dryer, so I moved there in 2021 with monthly rate of $1065. By renewal lease for 2023, rent had skyrocketed to $1270. I get that costs of living are high in this economy, but as I started visiting other communities I found rates for similar Sq ft and amenities to be more in the range of $900-$1000. Also, don't expect to get any of your deposit back.

Very peaceful, quiet and friendly community. The office and maintenance staff are great. Always willing to help with any concerns.

I did not rent here but considered it and got in contact with them. They replied to me ASAP (business hours) and were willing to go over different details of the apartment and were very transparent. I appreciate that and their kindness!
