Great experience with Rita. Extremely helpful. Walked us through all the steps relocating from South Carolina. It was so easy with everything running smooth. Highly recommend her.

We have lived here for 2.5 years now, since the building was new and all the units had not even been filled for the first time yet, and weve been through every property manager so far. Rita has been our favorite to deal with, as someone with anxiety about asking questions or reaching out about my concerns, thanks to Ritas amazing people skills and ability to make you feel very comfortable and heard, I no longer feel any fear to immediately reach out when I need to send a quick email about something that I want addressed. And she ALWAYS answers in the most prompt manner! I will also give a should out to maintenance guy Dominic who always makes my dogs day when he gets to see him in the hall and is very friends to us, were glad when we lost Bob that we got another great friendly maintenance guy to see around the building! The only thing I can say about living here itself, this has been our home for a few years now, we love our kitchen, I love sitting on my patio when its not covered in webs or bees in the summer (Im too afraid of spiders). Weve made acquaintances with several people that have also stayed and its a nice community feeling when you get to know some of the residents around you.
