Lived here over 11 years now . The Mantenice up keep is horrible. Rent goes up but they do not take care of the places at all . Its kinda disappointing they use to but this place has gone down hill extremely. They changed the way you pay rent now and now it makes it more difficult to pay it . If they cared about their renters they would make up dates to the apartment especially to the ones who lived here for awhile.

Good apartments in a safe area. But was given keys that didn't work for my apartment and laundry room the day I moved in. The office can be hard to get a hold of.

I am on my second year lease. I highly recommend it here. Excellent building manager and terrific maintenance man. The times I have called for maintenance, I received fast service and the expected time it would be completed. Paying rent online is easy. I think I'll stay awhile :- ) Update 11/25/22 I am still here and I still have no complaints about my apartment, maintenance, or how it is managed. I am happy!

I lived in this property for 5yrs in 2020 my cousin who was visiting committed suicide in my apartment was the most horrible day of my life the apartment charged me over 2000 for clean up I tried to get help from my family but at the time it was impossible and the property manager wasn't willing to compromise on a more reasonable payment plan for a single mother of two kids. They also kick me out because of the situation, stating in the state of Pa they do not need a reason to ask me to leave. the property manager is vindictive and insensitive she seems to have racist tendency. I asked her when she decided to send me to collections if she could leave my co-signer out of this due to the fact he had nothing to do with the situation never even paid rent she said she was going to TRY TO FIND SOMETHING TO MAKE HIM BE RESPONSIBLE AS WELLshes cold-hearted even if you disagree with my situations many other tenants has said the same thing I would not want her as my landlord again
