This is my bank of choice! Yesterday was the 1st time I felt like I was a regular customer after over 7 yrs. The teller Bryanne was magnific and professional, knowledgeable and was happy to be of help. I saw the manager Dana and she was a welcome sight to see. Thanks guys you make PNC rock!!

Yall are the worst bank in America!!!! Ill be sure to give yall the worst ratings on every site and report to corporate!! In the hardest times ever, I have had to go back and forth with yall for months to get MY OWN MONEY BACK!! Thats crazy, you surely dont understand anything if you cant put my money back during times such as these. Again I will be reporting you all

Horrible experience!!!! The teller repeated to me three times that I needed to update my address as he seemed reluctant to give my MY money. He was not pleasant. I did not feel welcomed and he put my money on the counter. I told him to put my money in my hand. So rude....
