    I will not ever come back to this bank again!!! Poor costumer service!!!and they're freakin lier!!! Very unhelpful staff!!! I went there to deposit money but when i saw it in my bank its not the right amount!!! I called them rightaway they said they're on lunch but when i went there they are there gossiping and still accepting costumer!!and told me they will return my money but they didn't!!!!!!!!!they knew they put a short amount in my bank but they didn't tell me about that til i noticed it!!!terrible people !!!!

    5 stars for the banker at this branch, Joseph Hall. ZERO stars for Regions online banking, for being so twitchy and blocking my aunt from using the website while trying to set up her accounts. We know there are criminals trying to hijack accounts, but reach out to people to verify before you just shut them down and deny them access. The "ticket" I had to put in by phone will take up to 5 days for someone to look into it! Hopefully Joseph can give it personal attention and resolve faster. Update: My aunt went into this branch, to withdraw cash from her checking account, while I parked the car and waited for her. I wondered what was taking her so long, and then she came back to the car, and asked me to come inside with her. We went back to the teller who was waiting on her, and she explained to me that my aunt was unable to complete the transaction without the two part authentication code sent to her phone. My elderly aunt doesn't use a cell phone to conduct business, and didn't have a clue what the woman was talking about. We got it taken care of, however, and completed the withdrawal. Since when can a person not walk into their own bank, show their driver's license plus the debit card associated with the account, and withdraw their own money? Ridiculous. Regions is such a pain.
