        Very nice Nave Fed location. I came in today Monday around 9:20 am to open up an account with them, unfortunately I was not able to, but regardless, the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. ATM located up front. Good amount of parking. Only complaint that I would have, is the Navy Fed website in general (Nothing to do with this location in particular). It wasn't very responsive, I tried it on an iPhone, laptop, desktop, also used chrome and safari.

        Branch Manager Miranda was not very helpful and the worst at customer service. I was needing certain paperwork from the state to prove my sister was my sister just to sponsor her to open an account. We have the same last name. I was treated so poorly today and have been with this bank for many years.
