Emily is very kind and helpful and patience!! I totally recommend her to work with you shes good helping kids who are fussy like mine. I was very frustrated about a money situation but she helped me to be at ease and helped me finished on what I needed to do for my situation. I want to acknowledge thats she is an amazing employee did great at providing amazing service thank you schools first for always being kind in general !!

Ive been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with a representative to open an account for my son. In general, I really like schools first, but it shouldnt take me 30 minutes just to talk to someone.

This credit union stamped my pink slip on the back. The dmv would not accept that as proof that the car was paid off. They should know where the stamp goes bad training. To make things worse when I went into the bank to have this fixed they said it had been so many years that they no longer had the information. At this point the dmv told me I had to get someone from the Credit union and a notary to sign more forms. I can only imagine how many other people had to jump through hoops because they dont know how to properly release a paid off title.
