SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - Victorville

This bank is rediculous!!!! I have had nothing but problems this week with my debit card that are stemming from Schools First's end. After a week and about 5 phone calls my card is still not working. They said it has something to do with the re-issuance of the new card and I'mnot the only one having this problem (my old one expires next month and I have activated the new one). Safe yourself the headache and go through different bank.

I am a former employee/member of another credit union. I had been with that credit union for over 10 years and started becoming increasingly unhappy with them. I decided to try schools first and I cant say enough good things about them. Initially I was just using them for a side savings, but after the other credit union disappointed me one last time, I moved all my stuff over and closed that account. I know have my checking, savings, auto loan, credit card all with school and I absolutely am loving their customer service and products. They are what a credit union should be; treating their members with respect and appreciation.

We got a great service today. Coco the lady That helps us she was so kind and professional she help my son. To deposit his first pay check I have never received. A great service before like the one we got today. A be thank you to COCO.
