        Just like most fast food places these days, they are understaffed and doing their best. Shy runs out my mobile orders (daytime) and always ensures theyre correct. Only poor experience was in the evening, drive-thru was prioritized over other order channels so ended up waiting 20+ minutes for curbside once drive thru was cleared out. Again, understaffed so I get it..

        My daughter had ordered the last 3 days and it has been awful. Her happy meal was cold. The second time the cookies were broken. And last night they ordered sundaes and there was hardly ice cream in the cup, let alone fudge. It's ridiculous the price you charge for the stuff to start with, then you try to call and get someone who could care less.
