I went to McDonald's at 6:00pm on may 12th in Hinckley mn, I ordered a number seven. When I got home and opened it there were multiple hairs in it. I noticed after opening it half way and taking a bite. When there was a hair in my mouth i opened the burger and there was a bunch of curly hairs. I have short straight hair. I took photos and this is not ok

My kids love to always have me stop in and get themselves a happy meal. Usually always pretty fast for the drive-thru.

Our order included a beverage and the server must have marked the order complete after handing him the beverage. We stood there for a while until I realized people who arrived after us were picking up their orders. And then I realized there was a screen listing all the pending orders and our order number wasn't on the list. After I brought it to their attention, they quickly rectified it.
