Placed an order and didnt get a sandwich that was redeemed for free using reward points. Instead of the manager being helpful and friendly, she was rude and dismissive. She kept cutting me off instead of listening. I wish customer service would be explained to management.
Being treated disrespectfully ruined our meal at this McDonalds.

Great as always and fast service. Food is fresh and still hot, has not been sitting all day like most locations.

Friendly staff & fresh food. Sometimes the food could be fresher, but it's loads better than the Burger King in town.

Good food, some workers are rude to you and it takes a long time to get food when its not rush hour

If you want fresh food that hasn't been sitting under a warmer and fries that are actually crisp don't go to the one in Wadena MN..i am only giving it 3 stars for the friendly staff.
