        The customer service was unbelievable. I barely got through the door before a lady who was as assisting another customer began telling me how I couldn't use a certain slip, because I didnt have an account, not knowing that I did have an account. Not why she made that assumption, Im disgusted and now see why the reviews for this locations are so low. The place is filthy, nasty, and no supplies. Doesnt look like, smell like, or feel Fedex. Im flabbergasted.

        I went to Barry's locations and no one can accept the package for shipping. Since covid everything is so messed up. I just like to be able to go to a location in Memphis or Mississippi where I can turn in packages to be shipped.
