I called this guy to get my water heather fix, he went all over the world with me saying things that does not matter he's trying to justify his overpriced service. After being on the phone with him for 15 minutes going nowhere, talking about Home depot and the line, how he might have to go somewhere else. He charges 200$ per hour. My advice to anyone looking to get a Plummer do not call this guy's waste of time. Then he's saying I'm not an educated consumer. I spent time researching I bet I know more than him. He's slow talking which mean he will move the same speed he speak. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, DO NOT CALL HIM IF YOU NEED HELP.

Fred you saved the day! Thank you for coming out right away to my panicked call about my leaking toilet! Fred has done numerous jobs for us for probably 25 years and has always been professional and caring. He deeply cares about the work he does. He stands behind his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

I wish I could give him a tip of the star, Price to Hight, quoted $300, to replace the kitchen sink cold water valve I fixed for under $20. Big ripoff. Could you do your research before you call them?

Fred came by today to take a look at a leak I have. As it turns out (as he let me know ahead of time), I have a bit of a bigger problem than originally anticipated. Fred laid out a plan for me that I can start to take to fix my issue - very honest & a super guy. I would definitely reccomend.

If you need a plumber, you need Fred. When my water heater failed this week, he was there the same day, and before that he had already called his supplier to get quotes for the new water heater. Next day, he was there early to install. He was completely upfront about every aspect of the job he was doing, from pricing to timing to logistics. He kept me updated through the process and even explained how to maintain the new system and how to make sure I don’t get duped out of my warranty. He actually cares about helping you! I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
