Nick DePasquale came to my house to repair a leak in my refrigerator pipe. He called to let me know he was coming, and asked for details so he could bring all necessary supplies. He was on time, and was very professional and pleasant. He assessed the problem quickly and worked efficiently. He replaced the pipe and also the shut off valve and even another shut-off handle elsewhere that wasnt working correctly. He charged a very reasonable price. Nick showed up the same day we called to re-hook up a faucet, garbage disposal, and stove top. He was professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing. The gas stove makes me nervous, and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Showed me how he looks for gas leaks, explained how the stove top actually works, and taught me that I'm much safer than I thought I was. Nick and his team came into my home and diagnosed and resolved a number of issues ranging from why my water pressure was so low to the source of various leaks to identifying faulty equipment (and making the associated recommendations on replacement equipment). Over the course of two days Nick and his team remediated all of these issues, working through various complications and keeping me appraised of progress at every turn. Nick is personable and easy to talk to. Nick made recommendations that were cost effective while still comprehensively resolving my home's issues. His crew is fastidious and equally knowledgeable and professional. The work that Nick's team performed was impressive and highly recommended.
