        I wish I could give them a 0. Our company called them out for the floods in VT to get the mud out. So they decided to take off and just completely not contact us without finishing the job. Three weeks later they charged $4,000 to our card saying they were coming back. Took 2 months to get a partial refund after getting the head of the company involved. I would never use them again, nor recommend. Also I will be reporting them to the city of Barre for taking advantage of a emergency. To add to your reply. It took well over a month, hours of phone calls and empty promises and basically getting everyone at the top of the company involved for you to give me a $1,600 credit, which is not what I wanted, and then proceed to not even communicate. Again. The credit hardly makes how you guys treated our Company forgiven. You guys have the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life.

        Would not recommend using them for your septic service. Super understaffed for a reason. They load pump techs with 8+ tanks a day so tanks are rarely every pumped, and serviced properly. Would recommend contacting any local septic service in Vermont to avoid long wait times, and poor service. Service: Septic system installation
