I had a great experience at discount audio. It was a great priced and a convenient spot. I was able to walk over to wendys and planet fitness while they installed it... it only took about an hour and a half. They didn't try to up sale or pressure me to hurry my decision and welcomed all my questions. 100% happy

Steve is a great dude super helpful and intelligent I would recommend this shop to anyone at all looking for Intel and friendly workers and Top notch stereo equipment! They educated me on quite a bit before leaving the store on subwoofers and how to break them in and maintain them! Also Steve offered his help to me if I had any questions he was kind enough to answer! Both gentlemen in fact cared about my business as their customer they educated me on lots of matters because they care about their customers and want them to have nice sound systems and know how to care for them so they last us a basic life time. I was sad they aren't available on weekends the only flaw! Other than that this place was absolutely impressive and left a lasting impression on me! Me personally I will continue to go to this location for all my future stereo needs.. Thank you discount audio. And most importantly! THANK YOU Steve! #1 if you haven't had a raise lately tell them I said it was time lol.

Guy tried to pretend he was giving discounts on parts and labor , I went for a 2 nd estimate elsewhere got exact same price for same exact equipment and labor !! I dont like being played !!!!!

Overpriced compared to best buy and other places. $20 for a wiring harness? $25 for a dash kit? $11 harness at Best buy. $15 dash kit at best buy. Also, they don't tell you they don't do refunds, so after you over pay for items and then something doesn't fit or whatever reason you may want to return something, you're stuck with it. Wouldn't ever shop here again.
