I'm 73 years old , I was led to believe that they did the replacement of the battery purchased, when I asked about that, the man said we don't do Toyota's and he wouldn't even carry on battery to the car. It just so happens I am a retired disabled mechanic. I changed the battery and there was nothing different about the Toyota than there is in a 57 Chevy. It was my observation that the counterman was just too damned lazy to back up company policy. Therefore my grading of my experience was actually very generous.

Strongly recommend checking this place out. Walked in and described to the front worker the issue I had with some headlights that have gone out in my car and Marcus came right out to check it out for me and got right to replacing it for me. Great service, great attitude. Thanks guys!

Worst oreillys location there is. This is the second time I have bought a part from the Mount Washington location and offered to pick it up here and they have lost it. Do yourself a favor and choose another location.

Its really close to me but several times I will drive more than twice the distance to go to autozone where I have had much more success getting the parts I need. I probably should change rating to a 4 though bc I have had good encounters over the years with sales staff. However, Im tired of lazy employees locking up early ever since COVID, places are doing this and I guarantee the store manager is not aware. Today at 7:50pm the lights were on, parking light lights were on as well as inside lights and open sign was lit up it states closing time is 9 PM. There are two cars in the lot so I believe workers are in there, but they have the doors locked and no sign stating closed early for Easter, etc. from the time I typed this three different cars have pulled up trying to get inside, so this is more for the store manager to know whats going on.
