I've been a customer for a few years and just completed a new order, updating the amp on our boat. I inadvertently ordered the wrong product by accident, called the next day, and J.P. helped me correct my bumble issue. All is well now and we're ready to turn it up on the water this summer.

Team, Don was absolutely phenomenal, he first and foremost listened, addressed the issue completely, and resolved my mistake in ordering. Im very glad I switched from being a Cfield only customer and gave this team a try. Team, keep up the awesome work! Thank you.

So I purchased some items from these guys when it was a bad experience the whole time they tried calling me a couple of times but I was busy set a time up for them to call on my day off never happened should have went to Crutchfield Well since they won't let me respond to this I will just say it here this was my first post for you guys and you most definitely did not talk to me on Facebook as I don't do social media. So I stand by my review. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else
