Wells Fargo Bank

Always long lines and too few tellers. Yesterday just as it was my turn one of the two tellers went on break. Sooooo Frustrating!!!

Waited in line for far too long today and equally left. ONE teller working. It was a joke. 4 other customers also leff. I've already moved most of my money to a credit union because the service is terribld, but I kept WF in case I needed something close to my house. But there's really no point because this bank, who makes a ton of money, doesn't staff properly and has horrible hours. Officially moving all money out. Socal credit union, LA Credit Union, and OC credit union are all better options.

I had to take over an account for a family member at Wells Fargo bank. I went in and spent a half an hour signing all kinds of paperwork to put me on the account, then got a phone call a week later that they screwed something up on their end, so I needed to come back in to sign again.  When I went into this particular branch, they told me they only took appointments and would not help me. There were three bankers in there with no clients, any of them could have helped me. Instead, they let the poor clerk deal with me and I was not happy. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of my having to come in a second time or do anything to accommodate me. I'm not a fan of Wells Fargo to begin with, and I will definitely never be in this branch again. Get your customer service together or get out of the business! It's a bank! Why do I need an appointment for a five minute service?

For 3 months I have attempted to change the beneficiary on my account . I have been in 3 times and have been given wrong information told they are too busy I need to make an appointment and that person has to be there with 2 forms of identification. The person I'm adding lives  out of state and is here for a few days I went in yesterday only one other person in the bank 5 employees I was told by the branch manager I had to make an appointment there was no one available to help me including herself .She also told me the gentleman that had been assisting me was no longer there and I could make an appointment and the person that I'm adding does not need to be here.I don't have confidence in anything I'm being told especially if a manager can't help me .I am researching changing banks due to this run around by this branch.
