        This place is a piss poor excuse of a business. Disrespectful entitled employees with absolutely no regard for their customers. Would rather walk 500 miles barefoot on top of broken glass and legos than have to deal with these people for another minute of my life.

        Gave the vehicle I reserved away. Young man in a hoodie pulled over his head told me I was late for the pick up and thats just the way it is. Never took off his hoodie. Smug and lousy customer service. Offered a sub compact car in its place. Offered no assistance. Enjoyed telling me they didnt have the vehicle Ive had reserved. Completely blew up my travel plans. Checking online this seems to be Enterprise SOP. Once was a good company.
