image Talk about unprofessional.
First, after completing an online deposit, I was told the store would call to complete the transaction and schedule delivery. Well, no call came. When I called, I was told they'd need to call me back. Ok. When she calls, she proceeds to ask for a bunch of personal info that wasn't stated as required. Not having time to have alerted all my contacts that they would be calling, etc, I said nevermind. Not sure I can come up with 4 references right away. But when I could, since she'd already said no delivery would be available, I drove to the store to complete my app. The lady working gave me a paper app then proceeded to speak on the phone with someone well past me being finished & waiting. A guy came in but was on his lunch break but was kind enough to inform me that the deposit I already paid wasn't actually correct or enough for that item. It would be 5x the amount. Oh, and my month to month residence wouldn't qualify. After asking a million questions about other ways to qualify & trying not to be rude about being misled, I left.
That night, I realized that my ID hadn't been returned. They're closed. They're closed on Sundays. So I wait until Monday morning to pick it up when they open at 10am and low & behold, they had realized my ID was there and stuck it in a drawer. Didn't call me. Just waited until I needed it & realized I didn't have it. When I pointed this out, the same lady who couldn't be bothered to help me Saturday, just rudely said "sorry for the inconvenience" so I repeated myself and, like a corporate bot, she just repeated herself.
So glad they didn't approve me because I can only imagine that they have way more unprofessional tricks up their sleeves.

image The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced in my life!!!!!!
After signing a contract that my bills due date was to be on the 15th. This store changed my date to the 3rd WITHOUT notifying me AT ALL. Due to my busy work schedule I was not able to get back to them, but didnt understand why they were calling in the first place as my bill wasnt due until the 15th! 6 DAYS of my bill being late (due to them changing the date, again...WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE) the NEW MANAGER of the store on Jones and Trop sent her employees AT NIGHT to my house to collect the items! It had not even been a full month cycle, let alone a full week and she sent her employees out to CONSISTENTLY KNOCK ON MY DOOR like loan sharks!! Even though all payments prior were up to date!
Not only that but when I immediately called the store this said NEW MANAGER gave me so much ATTITUDE until she brought up my account and realized she was in the WRONG! And had charged me late fees for not only this month but the previous month as well and had ZERO explanation as to why the due date was changed in the first place when there is clearly a WRITTEN contract.
I would recommend you go anywhere else, unless you wish to be HARASSED, at your door, after 6 days of being late on your bill, in the middle of a pandemic!
