        I have been a customer at this location for many years and the service is good, but Ken(manager) gets forgetful in returning calls, so you've lost a couple of sales. ***UPDATE*** Well rent a center you have now lost a customer the lack of customer service Ken is failing to provide is ridiculous!! I had to chase him down for almost two weeks after he failed to cancel auto pay on a cancelled order, and I had to pick my cash up. WTH!!

        My payment was taken for a reservation of a product that was not available! Then the alternative product was no longer available! I was given the run around about products that suddenly did not work or were no longer available, yet my money was taken and my documents were signed because I was told otherwise! So unprofessional! I would give no stars if I could!!! The Henderson store should never have told me something was available when it wasnt! And I dont even know if I am still contracted for the auto pay which I was told I HAD to sign up for. The person I worked with lost me as a customer as soon as they insinuated that I didnt know what I wanted
