        Beautiful show room, great staff, very low pressure, quality furniture at great prices. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 5... the delivery options are awful. I get no say in when my furniture will be delivered, and I'm not told when it's scheduled until the night before. I had to ask for a whole day off of work, that I can't afford to take, to be available at whatever 2 hour window they give me.. even if that window turns out to be a time when I would have been home anyway. Sales, great. Delivery service? Terrible. Inconvenient and inefficient.

        I was looking for a recliner. RC Willey was the 4th and last store that I went to. I walked away with a dual recliner for the price that I would have paid for a single recliner!! Fantastic sell, thanks RC Willey!!!

We do route our deliveries geographically and where you are in the routing is what determines the time frame. This allows us to maximize our drivers time to make deliveries as they do have limits on the hours they can driver per state laws.
