My real estate agent Diane Dobson introduced me to Leah to help with a property that I had listed. The house I had for sale was a large house that was just redone on the inside with new paint, flooring, new kitchen, etc.
The house sat on the market 2 months prior to me engaging with Staged to Sell to stage the house. Leah and her team did an amazing job and transformed the house into a showcase model. The house sold within 2 weeks after staging.

Wish there was a negative rating! She will not refund me not even .01c from $7,600.00 plus she still hasn’t refunded 10days on my other property that she broke the lease before. She staged my 1.6M home at my arrival to see the staging it was horrible. I mention it to her and she got so offended because she thinks she is the best. After going back and forth on options she had me as a client did not like any of her options. I requested for the furniture to be removed within 24 hours of installation and and asked for a refund and she refused even though she has not type of policy that there is no refunds whatsoever on her contract. And to top it of I had another property staged with her and because thin incident she removed that staging out as well 10 days before our contract stated. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER! Am glad there is a lot of Nevada laws that will protect me and glad I have copy of my contracts as well. ( I do have pictures of the horrible staging and my contracts if anyone or even her decides to say this is false like she does on ever bad review

I have been involved in real estate sales for almost
30 years, both in Nevada and California. I cannot stress that today, the modern day buyer absolutely needs the actual fact of seeing a home staged with furniture! Having a resale home fully furnished not only helps the buyer feel like they are in a new modern model home, but they can physically see it in person and see themselves on exactly how to live in the home!
Shopping online and seeing in person are both events that needs to secure a successful home purchase!
