I have lived here going on three years now . The apartments are older , but kept clean . The grounds around the entire complex is very well maintained , its almost a park like setting . This is a very family oriented complex , perfect for people with families. There is a playground for the kids, and a pool that is kept very clean. The management and maintenance team are friendly and helpful. All in all, I am happy with my stay here , and for the price in San Diego Co. , it can't be beat .

Such a great community. Very versatile and family friendly. We have lived here for many years and this the perfect spot to raise our children. The management is awesome, so friendly and always so helpful. I have come to know the maintenance guys throughout the years of living here and they have always done such a wonderful job. Thank you Chris, Liz and Vanessa for making this place such a great place to live.

I actually love living here , and in East County , closets place I have seen to living back in Texas . As for the apartment complex itself , the management is very nice, and quick to fix any problem in your apartment that may arise .   The grounds of the complex are kept meticulously , it looks like a park setting . Very family friendly, with a playground and a pool that is kept very clean .

I am a new tenant at Julian Estates and I have to say I'm rather impressed. The management team were efficient, professional and courteous. Apartment was spotless upon move in. Only issue was the patio door was a little stuck and that was fixed within 2 hours. Management then checked in to make sure everything was ok. Kudos to Chris, Vanessa, Liz and of course the maintenance team. Thank You.
