DO NOT RENT HERE! They care nothing about tenant rights, the law or basic common courtesy. They are constantly raising the rent to pay for cosmetic reconstruction, which they do on your roof without ever notifying you. Forget about 5-7 days notice, you find out when they start hammering away. They yell at your kids when they play and threaten to take balls away from them. They won't let them ride skateboards. If you complain about anything, ask for repairs or ask them to replace the 50 year old stove falling apart, they first blame YOU and threaten to charge you for it. They are constantly shutting off the water for plumbing issues. The construction noise is almost constant. Termites too. They took away our grass and put in dirt. That was a few weeks of noise too. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I cant say enough, Ive been here for over a few years and the complex is well kept up. From new landscaping to picking up kids messes snd trash to being very straight forward of any work going on around your unit. If you have an issue in a your unit, you know it will get handled in a appropriate time frame. Thank you Troy, Christine, Jose, and the whole crew. Greg Chase

I almost immediately regretted moving here, after your security deposit theyll give you a printout with 76 rules on it down to what curtains you can have. It isnt a nice place either, Id rather live in mold infested barracks than this place. They do NOT sublet either, once you are here, you are stuck.
