Twin Palms Apartments

In my almost 20 years of adult life I have never experienced such a poorly run apartment complex. The insane part is the lack of awareness from the corporation and commercially manages 3 apartment complexes on the, same square block. Then the insane thing is the poor communicating and between Marica and Irene who sit no more than 15 feet apart in the office. They literally we incapable of collecting money from a 3rd party and did not say hardly anything we were in a position to pay $6k or leave. In less than 4 full months there was less than 1 full repair and zero acknowledged work orders. Merica absolutely pushed my I interpretation of Tennant/Landlord legalities and Irene was not heard from except to deliver a pay or quit
