Customer service with Vis Management is exceptional. The response time is great and my condo community property manager, Koryn, is awesome. She responds quickly, addresses the issue(s) in a timely manner, is professional, and friendly. I moved here 15 months ago. This company really stresses me to the point that I want to sell the house and take my big loss. Every time I reach out to them with questions or concerns, im told different information, and I end up paying the price of their mistakes either by spending extra money or wasting my time. This has happened about 6 times already. They have no accountability for their mistakes. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they are somewhat easy to reach out by phone.

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star rating is the inability of their upper management and accounting department of being able to be flexible enough to handle a large special assessment by our BOD to our homeowners the way that we needed it posted on the monthly invoices. The company's saving grace is the "Rock Star" of a manager who was assigned to our community when we were suddenly left without one. Koryn Liberal stepped in at a very critical moment and made miracles happen practically overnight. There have been some bumps in the road, but over all, we are so glad that Koryn is our manager.
