They have terrible communication and refuse to abide by the polices they enforce. They make the Post Office the week before Christmas look efficient. Heather Thomas is our "manager" in Lacey, WA. Apparently, she has yet to master answering a phone or returning an email.

The worst hoa management ever. If you call it goes straight to voicemail and the staff service is extremely rude. I sent in an inquiry via email, no response from them. I emailed them again and ask for updates, but they ask for the paperwork again. Im so done with this management.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This HOA sucks. I really wish I knew that back when we bought our house in Rainier. The thing I hate the most is that the HOA office isn't even local, it is located in Lacey! Some community association. Also the company is based out of state, Nevada I think. They harass homeowners about garbage cans, gutters and siding. What topped the cake was the year before last when they tried to charge us for having yellow grass! All of our neighbors had yellow grass. But it's not like the HOA will credit you for the extra money you spend on water for keeping the grass green. They won't help you keep up with their ridiculous standards by renting equipment either. The construction in my community has also violated the rules because they repeatedly start earlier than the statute allows, but did the HOA do anything? NO! They also haven't done anything about the dogs that run rampant around the community due to lazy ownership or broken fencing. I have been attacked or chased by dogs numerous times in the community. My husband and I have also woken up to dogs barking early in the morning numerous times. Thanks HOA! What an expense, I mean, gift you are for the community.
