      image Horrible customer service. I stood in line (second in line) for about 30 minutes without being acknowledged before having to leave. I over heard a Teller talk to a manager saying they were having tech issues and that they would fix it after her lunch but neither of them had the courtesy to address the situation to the growing line of people waiting for service. As someone who works in customer service I cannot imagine ignoring the people waiting like that.
