        0 star branch!! Always waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins or more for one deposit. My business deposits are large but it doesnt take 20 mins to count on a cash counter.

        Truist took BB&T and ruined it! Terrible customer service. Always understaffed, app glitches and transactions will stay pending forever! Think twice!

        Worst bank to bank with ever! How and why is that when I go to deposit my check, there's a 7 to 10 day hold on my paycheck?! I've had the account open for over 3months! After this check goes through, I will be CLOSING MY ACCOUNT FOR GOOD! There is absolutely NO REASON WHY my paycheck should have a hold on it! If I could give this bank 0 stars I would!
