TD Bank

I recently visited the TD Bank branch located at TD Banks 120 S John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741 with the intention of opening a new account to support my multiple business ventures. As an immigrant entrepreneur, I was looking for a banking partner that could understand and cater to my unique financial needs efficiently. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular branch fell significantly short of my expectations. From the moment I walked into the branch, the treatment I received from the staff was disheartening. Despite approaching them with genuine inquiries and a positive outlook, the level of professionalism and respect I expected was conspicuously absent. The attitude displayed towards me by certain staff members was not only unwelcoming but also felt dismissive, which is contrary to the standard of customer service one would expect in such a professional setting. It is particularly disheartening to note that this lack of respect and professionalism came from within my own Latino community. It's troubling to witness such discrimination and indifference, especially in a space that should thrive on inclusivity and support for all clients, irrespective of their background. This review is not a reflection of TD Bank as a whole, but rather a critical feedback aimed at the and its staffs approach to customer service. The essence of banking is trust and support, and unfortunately, the behavior exhibited by the staff during my visit did not instill confidence or a sense of belonging. I earnestly hope that this feedback is taken constructively and that necessary measures are implemented to improve the service quality. Its crucial for banking institutions, especially those serving diverse communities, to ensure that all clients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity they deserve.

a huge line of people, only one person at the cashier, it takes a long time to be served and 3 employees sitting, there watching the situation and not helping

They never pick up the phone.

Slow service, couldnt fix my issue. Chairs smell and it gets on your clothes. Mentioned the horrible smell and came back 2 hours later and the same nasty chairs were there.
