I reserved a truck from this location and when I arrived the Woman told me she'd been calling me this morning (Lie) to tell me they didn't have a truck available. No phone call, just said anything to not look responsible for wasting my time. Went to Richland, MS excellent customer service. Don't rent from Byram location. Unprofessional and will waste your time. Horrible

I will never use Enterprise again. I tried to rent from the I55 Jackson location and was told I had to drive myself to Byram to get the vehicle size I needed or ride with a person who obviously had a cold. The lady at the Byram location was very nice; however, when I called her to return the car, she said I could return it to the Jackson location. I have been charged $300 extra dollars for what I assume is returning the car into a different location than I got it from (though it is the location where I should have been able to rent from)! I say 'I assume' because I have not been able to talk to anyone at either location to confirm this is what the charge is for. I just sit on hold wasting more of my time.

I had made a reservation two weeks before, and on the day of pick-up, they called and said they had no cars. The Lady I spoke to was very rude.
