        The staff was very friendly and had me in and out in no time. My only complaint would be that on my date of pick-up, I was informed that the vehicle I had reserved was not available, and that I could down grade to a similar model but with less luggage space. We had to travel with the luggage basically in our laps there and back. It was a holiday weekend, and Im sure vehicles were in great demand, but I reserved this vehicle 5 months in advance. Ive always utilized Enterprise Rental and will continue to do so, but I hope this doesnt happen again on my next rental.
