    Great sales help, great product, great management, great financial officer. All around great experiences with everything and everyone. Definitely recommend buying Hyundia. Especially at Belise Hyundai of cape cod in Hyannis on Bearse Way and Falmouth Road. From my sales associate Coby, sales manager, and sales associate Jeramy. Great and quick financial mngr. Bob G. Just walked me through the process of finance and much more, treated well from Samantha the web designer behind the sales/showroom floor greeting people with a beautiful bright smile. No shenanigans as Ive had with other new car dealerships. Thank you all for an excellent experience purchasing my 2020 Palisades. Service department is excellent. From check in to the mechanics and keeping me informed. Love this place.

    That is review for service department! I'm own santa cruz 2022 and on my last visit I just asked if it was possible to check something with my fuel consumption, I travel 6 times a year for 800 miles to Quebec Canada. and my expenses increased after I updated the software. I didnt specify which one because I completely trust the dealer, believing that professionals work here! but I havent seen such smart managers who joke that car owners are stupid anywhere. I was insulted and will never return to Belis again! I made it clear that before, when I went on the highway, I drove 450 miles, not kilometers. I know what the imperial and metric systems are. but the woman from the service department, raising her voice, proved to me the opposite. thank you for your terrible service! By the way, the car still cant travel more than 250 miles on one tank! This not normal. My 2003 Toyota 4Runner with a V8 engine gets 300 miles on 17 gallons! Update:22/03/2024 we are change the spark plug. the old one looked bad and the insulator was cracked, thanks to the fact that the dealership on Cape Code is staffed by non-professionals who cannot do basic diagnostics. Why are you even here? After which my fuel economy was restored and I can drive almost 450 miles on a full tank. And a special greeting to the head of the service, that woman who made a fool out of me. and good luck in her professional growth.

    I recently visited the showroom with the intention of purchasing a certified 2023 Elantra Hybrid. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite assurances, it became apparent that the car's sensors and wiring were not adequately addressed prior to sale. It was disheartening to discover that essential safety features, such as the blind spot sensors, were malfunctioning. Even more concerning was the lack of transparency regarding the issue. Initially, there was no mention of the problem until I brought it up. Subsequent discussions revealed that attempts had been made to rectify the issue, but without success. The uncertainty surrounding whether they could resolve it was deeply unsettling. This experience has undoubtedly left me disillusioned, particularly considering the significant time and effort invested in visiting the showroom. The inconvenience of taking a day off from work and enduring a lengthy commute only adds to my disappointment. In light of these circumstances, I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing from this establishment. The unresolved issues with the vehicle and the lack of confidence in its reliability are major red flags. It pains me to say that this has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. While I am inclined to rate my experience poorly, I regret to note that there is no option to give a rating lower than zero out of five.
