What a great experience at this place..this is why I came back to purchase another vehicletalk about etiquette these guys wrote the book from my salesman Emilio who was very knowledgeable to Brad in finance and of course Calvin the sales managerno pressure environment..they sit with you and explain your best options without anyone getting offended with a price or offerthey truly make the experience all about you..asked hows things..any plans for the weekendnice touchmy wife and I went in there with a certain vehicle in mind but unfortunately we couldnt make it work but the great news is the 44 team made something else work for us and we literally drove that vehicle home that day with us. Thank you Route 44 for another great experience

I purchased a vehicle and the experience was most acceptable. Very accommodating, especially in view they were moving into their renovated facility. Each staff member was very supportive of one another. Good experience.

Emilio was great and got me in great car for a great price. He was not pushy like other salesman are. He was very nice and would go to him again.

First time buying a new car. Or mostly new. In hindsight, I should have walked when they asked what I wanted my monthly payment to be and wouldn't tell me the price of the car. Or rather, they "didn't know," and wouldn't know until numbers were run. I still took the car out to test drive for some time and it was great. I loved it and so did the person who was with me. My big issue came about when I didn't like the original numbers. They were obviously very high. When I said as much, they became incredibly pushy for me to just SIGN. "Sign and we can lower your payment to this. You'll sign if we go lower right? You said you would sign earlier (I didn't), why aren't you signing? I thought you liked the car? I can't present this to finance unless you'll sign" On and on until I just walked. In the end I was probably getting an acceptable "deal" (let's be real it's unlikely, this is a car dealership after all), but I felt so extremely uncomfortable there's no way I could have signed and felt even mildly okay about it after. Good luck to you if you go here, there are many glowing reviews. I wish I could have been one of them
