Make sure that the vehicle is working properly the A.C was shutting off randomly for minutes..and make sure the vehicle is clean my was unreal dirty later on that night my son found Syringes AND OTHER DRUG STUFF inside it is poorly ran.

Worst service. Please go some where else if you want to avoid hassle from not being completely informed about mileage usage, gas, or if you go over your four hour time frame, they will charge you for another 4 hours more (whether you use them or not). I had to bring my vehicle in at 4pm passed the time til 5:30pm was told that I would pay for the extra hour and half which was fair but then got the sudden charge of another four hours plus the insurance coverage again and $4 per gallon if you didnt fill up the gas to the amount given. I filled up the gas to how it was given to me even took an image and they said I didnt. They are not clear about what you are paying for from the start and will overcharge you for unnecessary hours you dont use. And if you cant make the extra charge payment they automatically send it to collections and will charge you $30 more late surcharge fee.

I came here to get moving supplies to pack my two bedroom two bath apartment moving from the Heights area to a downtown hi-rise. I was a bit overwhelmed as I have never moved by myself before. As soon as I walked in the door Chante, such an amazing and KNOWLEDGEABLE, helpful, and CARING employee was SO patient with me throughout the whole process. She assisted me, gave me her honest input and I was just blown away by her work ethic and human kindness. Which is just rare to find these days. Anyway, if you need anything to move COME HERE. and if the CEO of uhaul is reading this you have a diamond/angel currently working at this location.
