Avis Car Rental

I returned the car earlier and the clerk simply charge my credit card without telling me what he was charging, when I saw the charge I questioned why the charge was almost the same amount as the weekly rental and he told me that the charge was $90 a day, and when I presented him with the daily charge published on the website he told me that he already had charge the card and he couldn't do anything

Avis has lost me as a customer. I used them over the years but now I am not able to due to their soft credit check. Even though I am using a debit card that has the money for the rental and deposit. I also have proof of address to match my ID. Good luck on keeping customers, this company is going downhill.

Great location, try not to leave any crumbs it maybe a cleaning fee.

I usually have a great experience. No problems except when Mike is there, hes very different. Make your experience 10 times harder than it has to be, customer service definitely needs work. Besides that, its usually a pleasant experience.
