Go elsewhere for products at Gurnee Best Buy and Geek Squad service. Our washer has broken down twice now after a year. This time we have been without a washing machine for two weeks. Its still broken. They will just push your appointment back so I hope you have a laundromat nearby.

I schedule an appointment for my sons tablet, he had broken the charger inside the charging port, and took it to the experts couldnt even do anything about it, and right away tried to sell me a brand new one, so it declined brought it home and my mother removed the charger broken part from iPad with some tweezers, wow thanks for my mother , not geek squad tho .

Using Webroot and the Geek Squad through Best Buy is one of the best buys I have ever made. It is not often that a purchase of a product or service has us feeling that way! This is a service where they can remotely work on your computer while you sit at home and watch what they are doing. It is an amazing store in itself with such a variety of products and services, from kitchen appliances to high end drones, electric bikes , head phones etc. I highly recommend this business.
